Catch My Fall

What can we do?
What should we do?
What will we do?

Our primary goal to alleviate Starvation, we must look and learn why starvation? Why do we live in a world where mothers loose child after child to starvation? Yet at the other end of the scale other children’s lives are being fore shortened by obesity that means they will die before their parents.

What is it that in a beautiful, bountiful and lush world makes food an item that some simply cannot afford?

That would be capitalism then, a system that encourages populations to grow cash crops for export that have nothing to do with the needs of the local populace.

We are seeing all too clearly in this global recession where profits have been privatised for years and now we find losses and mismanagement are to be and have been socialized.

Capitalism is not working it is a harsh system that will always have many many losers while the fat cats get richer and think up more stupid rules for us to follow.

We must look at this, here in the UK we managed a mixed economy until Thatcher’s games made money the be all and end all, we still have our national health service, our social security that is a safety net for us all, but the true sharing and looking out for our neighbours has long gone.

One thing I believe we must do is stop making money the only value, kindness, truth and dare I say it? Love! Have more lasting and intrinsic value but are debased by a system that will only recognise money as having any worth at all.

There are many prophecies to help us, not least the prophecy of the Aquarian Age,

“It is prophesied that when one-third of the people of earth can each lay one brick in the temple at Avalon with perfect love and perfect trust, then the Lord of this World will come to dwell within. It is prophesied that God, who has thus far never been seen by humankind, shall at last become visible to the pure in heart, and the world shall increase in vibration until it glows like a new star in the heavens. Let us remember that in this month, and in this age, it is our task to KNOW that we may pour it forth in love and therefore achieve the goal of wisdom - Perfection."~Father Eli, Grand Master, Druidic Craft of the Wise ~ The American Rite (1913-1983)

http://motherdamnable.blogspot.com/search?q=brick+of+clay

One brick, our bodies, all that we truly own, one brick, with perfect love and perfect trust, and only a third of us!

The vibrational levels are being raised all the time, people like me are working hard to open the gateways, to keep them open and to raise psychic awareness and consciousness awareness any way we can, we pass on all our gifts with love, we do not judge, we share!

The Internet is a wonderful tool for this, we can gain knowledge, learn our skills, Remote Viewing makes an excellent gateway for astral travel, and as with any exercise, we improve strength in our other psychic muscles while working out.

I hardly ever speak to children or babies now, I think, and they invariably hear me, Indigo and Crystal people are all around us, we old souls have failed, we tried to keep the sweeter gentler souls back as we struggled to make the world more acceptable for their charms and beauty, Capitalism and so called Democracy have made the world harsher and unkinder than ever.

However our sweet gentle kindred will wait no longer that have a right to be here as much as we, they are blazing through and as they have been kept so long in other realms they are blessed with psychic and magical abilities that will help us all.

However they are increasingly being targeted by the system, fed with Ritalin and other drugs that will incapacitate their psychic gifts, diagnosed with ADHD and other disorders, because they don’t fit in, won’t fit in and can see through all the lies.

We must protect all the children.

We must become truly independent, thinking, magical creatures, operating on the mundane, spiritual, ethical and magical levels at all times, become well-rounded individuals. Then when we are we must share and bestow out gifts, whether money, magic, kindness or some times by sharing a smile we can save someone’s dreams.

Help me to open the doors, guide others to awareness and their own magical power, we do not need to judge, debate or find some one worthy or not, the pure in heart will know, understand then progress. Those who are not pure in heart will simply not understand until they too are pure in heart and will thus limit themselves.

Meditation, Crystal healing, remote viewing, astral travel, study, occult, writing, poetry, painting, art are all aids to healing, finding and learning our powers…

That, my dearest Oberon is how we Damnables are moving the line forward, and we have been very grateful for your arms to hold and help us through.

George Carlin

It seems only comedians.................tell the truth.

The Great White Hope

Johnson flouted conventions regarding the social and economic "place" of African Americans in American society. As a black man, he broke a powerful taboo in consorting with white women, and would verbally taunt men (both white and black) inside and outside the ring. Johnson was not shy about his affection for white women, nor modest about his physical prowess, both in and out of the ring. Asked the secret of his staying power by a reporter who had watched a succession of women parade into, and out of, the champion's hotel room, Johnson supposedly said, "Eat jellied eels and think distant thoughts."

EV1

I'll bet GM wishes they'd been honest with us about the EV1.

Los Angeles – November 18, 2008 -- Former California State Senator and Los Angeles City Councilman Nate Holden is holding a news conference, speaking out against American auto manufacturers and in support of mass-production of the electric car. The Honorable Nate Holden believes that the taxpayers should not bailout the auto manufacturers without The Big Three agreeing to mass-produce the electric car as an incentive.

Nate Holden states the following points:

In 1990, the State of California enacted a zero-emissions mandate, forcing auto manufacturers who sold their cars in the State of California to require that at least 10% of the automobiles that are sold here have zero-emissions.

In 2002 the Bush administration sided with the automakers to fight the zero-emissions mandate. The Bush administration, General Motors, other U.S. automakers and the oil companies committed sabotage against the American people and the environment. Because of the lawsuit, California will not make any strides in improving our air quality. To continue to build internal combustion engines will result in more photochemical smog and will cause more lung cancer and respiratory disease.

At about that time, General Motors embarked on a program to deceive the public and the lawmakers. They introduced the EV1 as a revolutionary concept car. The EV1 had all the whistles and bells and if mass-produced, could have saved the automobile industry from its financial woes. At the beginning, General Motors and the other auto manufacturers never intended for the electric vehicle to be a successful program, specifically the EV1.

It turned out to be nothing but a hoax when General Motors built 1,100 EV1s and allowed the public to lease and road test them. Without a doubt, the EV1, as a prototype vehicle, met the test acceptance program. In fact, in many circles there are those who are of the opinion that it exceeded the testing program. The consumers who leased the EV1 offered to purchase the EV1 vehicle from General Motors. They knew the EV1 was a zero-emission, cost effective automobile. General Motors said "no" and evoked the terms and conditions of the lease requiring that those vehicles be returned to General Motors and they were subsequently destroyed.

General Motors has had at least ten years notice to develop and mass-produce an electric vehicle and they have failed to do so. They have continuously brainwashed the public and the elected officials, claiming that they were on our side and they are not! Here they are again, demanding that the hard-working taxpayers bail them out. (Them being the automobile manufacturers) They are demanding the bailout funding without any pre-conditions. Shame on them!

Congress should not give auto manufacturers another dime until the commitment is made that they will build the electric vehicle as a top priority. We must stop importing our oil from the Middle East. The mass production of the electric vehicle can be our way of achieving that goal.

Sleeping In The Forest

I thought the earth remembered me,
she took me back so tenderly,
arranging her dark skirts, her pockets
full of lichens and seeds.
I slept as never before, a stone on the river bed,
nothing between me and the white fire of the stars
but my thoughts, and they floated light as moths
among the branches of the perfect trees.
All night I heard the small kingdoms
breathing around me, the insects,
and the birds who do their work in the darkness.
All night I rose and fell, as if in water,
grappling with a luminous doom. By morning
I had vanished at least a dozen times
into something better.

Pink Floyd - The Great Gig in the Sky (1988)

The Floyd is, hands down, the best concert that I have been fortunate enough to have ever attended... music, the sound of the soul.
After having attended The Division Bell tour, all I can say is that it was indescribable. Whenever I ran into other people who had also seen the concert, the response was always, invariably, the same, "it was awesome" ... then, silence, while staring into one another's eyes, trying to find more words, when there simply were no others to describe the experience. Just... awesome.
I was touched by the fact that there was no generational barrier... music, to stir the heartbeat... lyrics, to stir the mind. There was my generation, my father's generation, as well as my son's generation... all come together.
While watching a bit, recently, on the making of The Dark Side of The Moon, it was shared how Clare Torry (the first one up) came to be on, here. She was told, simply, to think of pain, desperation, loneliness (can't remember all the descriptive words, you get the point)... and this was the result. The best part, when she came out of the recording room, she apologized for what she thought had been a big fuck up... while everyone else had been in awe and dumbfounded.
Perhaps this is the sound of our universal consciousness, in response to the sad state of this world.
This past September, Richard Wright, who was one of the co-founders, as well as keyboardist, lyricists, and vocalist, passed on to that great gig in the sky. I think that things will never be the same.
I truly believe that music is one of those universal connectors, that ties to the heart strings of humanity... further, to the universe... and that music can change things, for all time.
Pink Floyd has certainly been that, for me. Music, for all time.

That Sinking Feeling

Anyone else losing sleep?

There's no mistaking the steep cliff over which we may very well plunge in the world economy. With today's news of money denied to the US automakers, they stand in danger of bankruptcy and we stand on the brink of a national depression and then subsequent international depression. The financial markets remain frozen in spite of the commitment of $700 billion dollars of taxpayer money and as everyone holds their collective breath, the entire economy suffocates.

This is what philosophy has brought us: leaders too boxed in to make the bold decisions necessary to lead us out, people baffled by nightly news soundbites and, soon enough, skyrocketing unemployment as a result.

I find myself lying in bed awake at night thinking about all this. Where would one begin to clean up the mess?

The incoming Administration signaled strongly today that they're going to begin with healthcare by tapping Tom Daschle at HHS. That's a gutsy move, but gutsy moves, it seems to me, are what's called for now.

Either way, we're in for a load of hurt this holiday season. Not even Tom Daschle will manage to stave off that sinking feeling I've got.

Ho. Ho. Ho.

Should you disagree, I challenge you to give this book or Hitchens' God is Not Great a fair read and come to the same conclusion. The real power

Non-violent.......non-participation..........non-cooperation.

Good Thoughts For Lee

I just wanted to mention that one of our members lives in an area where the fires have been, in California... he made one small posting with a video, to which I responded, briefly... then he edited that same post, with more info... so, I assumed all was ok and responded again... yet, he hasn't responded back, while he usually responds, quickly... so, just wanted to ask for positive vibes towards our friend, Lee. Thanks!

Put on the Brakes

I've written previously about my stance on these government bailouts and how they're being handled, and I see no reason to revise those earlier positions.

But I do see a need to stop all this now before we waste anymore money on this Administration and it's utter incompetence.

While we continue to stress the importance of immediate action to save various industries around the country (believe me, the auto industry is the tip of a rather large and looming iceberg), and while many rightly call for sufficient oversight and regulation for those taxpayer dollars, we seem to be missing a central problem in all this mess: we're asking it of the Bush Administration.

The next perilous two months will be a waste of money if we're asking this government to do it. Ironically, we demand that the auto industry fire its upper management in order to get this money, but we fail to realize that the people replacing those management folks, or at least overseeing them, are the same people who allowed Katrina to devolve, who turned the Iraq War from a mess to a catastrophe and the same people who've bungled everything from education to economics to torture. How can we possibly justify that?

There's no doubt that we're headed off a steep cliff, but I'd at least like to be driven by someone with their eyes pointing forward...

Focus on money

On November 22, 2008 there will be a nation wide rally to show our disgust for the Federal Reserve. They sit printing money with no backing, simply arbitrary numbers on papers, then charge our government in the United States interest for these monies they are making up.
These rallies have support from Ron Paul and other political and radio personalities. We are also including local news stations in each area of peaceful dissent. To find out if your city is supporting the downfall of a tyrannical system visit Endthefed.us. The issues we have with our Federal Reserve affect everyone on a global level, which is why it is so important to bring down the Fed - think globally, act locally.

The description from the site is as follows:
As the Fed induced financial collapse unfolds, We the People face both the greatest dangers to our Freedom, Sovereignty and Prosperity as well as the greatest opportunity to reveal the true nature of the Federal Reserve System and organize to bring about its End. Thank you for being one of those who choose to take up the challenge of these difficult and dangerous times.

On The Journey

What a beautiful piece on the journey. It reminds me of a recent conversation I had with a friend about past, present and future.

We spend so much of our time planning and grasping at the future. We spend so much time reveling and regretting the past. We forget this moment. I love how the graphic art shows the present in the mind of the main focus of the piece. We are here, in the now, and we know we can change the future, but we must start in the present and work our way forward, if done correctly and slowly, to be sure of accuracy, we have the future in our hands. Let us not allow it to slip through like water.

What's my motivation?

Oberon, thanks for the invite! I'm impressed to see the response so far, and high quality stuff.

Hey kids!

How about leaders who don't need no stinkin' handlers?

How about leaders who can function without a script and can host events without a script?

Course, we have to p i c k these people...I think in 2008 we've started on the right track.

Speaking of scripts, I think that theatre should be a compulsory subject in high school. That way we would learn to recognize theatrical devices, cutting through the caca, and figure out what's really meant by the monologues of candidates and their various functionaries.

Think of it...any given schoolday, millions of our youth strutting around on stage crying 'what's my motivation?' We used to have Civics class but it hasn't worked so well; so give theatre a chance, I say!

The photos posted so far are all food for thought, though some would threaten contented dining! My 'faves' have got to be those of the Phelps family funeral pickets (they were here a few years ago in support of a Straight Power protester who was censored in his high school). Did it occur to anyone, seeing the photos, putting the children and the words on the signs together, that this was sexual abuse and exploitation of minors, and these folks could have gone right to the slammer? Adults have been sent up on those charges with far less evidence than that.

On with the show!

A Day of Reckoning

The term Gay Pride always struck me as nebulous.

I'm a relatively young man (25) and having spent much of my adult life in Pennsylvania, Gay Pride was a quiet pride; one shared in safety among friends and (selected) relatives.

No longer.

Today, amidst the thousands who turned up at City Hall in San Francisco, I came to fully understand the nature of Gay Pride. It's resurfaced and is resurgent in an entirely new generation. All over the country, thanks to the rebirth of democracy through the internet, people took to the streets chanting, demanding change be made real and refusing to be relegated to the bottom of the heap. It was inspiring and moving.

The dramatic irony of the day came as the "organizers" of the protest, with a pathetic sound system and noble effort, attempted to address the crowd at the rally which far exceeded the reach of the speakers. It was clear they hadn't anticipated the turnout and it spoke to me of the failure of the No On 8 Campaign, a traditionally run, mainstream campaign for gay rights where we avoid confronting people with the reality of our existence and instead attempt to circumvent actually talking to people about our issues. But this time we would not be deterred. This time, at our finger tips we have social networks that've allowed us to take control of the narrative, that've allowed us to outgrow any management system that would attempt to control our anger, our pain and our pride. We would not be denied.

The rally became a spontaneous march up to the Castro, the heart of the GLBTQ Community in the world, and as we chanted, held signs high (my "Don't Mess With Dumbledore's Rights" / "W.W.A.D.? - What Would Albus Do?" sign went over particularly well...) I was overwhelmed with the justice of our cause. We will win this because we are right.

Sorry, Mormon Church. No amount of money in the world is going to stop this train...

We're on our way.

The Evil That Lives In The Heart Of Man...

FROM A LETTER TO MARTIN LUTHER KING, Jr.— June 1, 1965

I believe with all my heart that the monks who burned themselves
did not aim at the death of the oppressors but only at a change
in their policies. Their enemies are not man. They are intolerance,
fanaticism, dictatorship, cupidity, hatred, and discrimination
which lie within the heart of man. These are real enemies of humans,— not humans themselves. In our unfortunate fatherland we are trying to plead desperately: do not kill man, even in man's name. Please kill the real enemies of man which are present everywhere in our very hearts and minds... You cannot be silent since you have already been in action and you are in action because, in you, God is in action.

Thich Nhat Hanh,
Director of the School of Youth for Social Service
of the Buddhist University in Saigon, Viet Nam.

There is no spoon

......there is no past

......there is no future

......there is only the eternal now.

That Funny Feeling

I'm starting to get quesy from all this bailout talk...

As I walked through the City Center in Oakland, I couldn't help but look at the worried faces of all I passed: decent, hard-working people who've agreed, albeit reluctantly, to mortgage the futures of their children and grandchildren in order to keep some nebulous companies afloat somewhere three-thousand miles away. We are told these companies are "too big to fail" and we are warned of the disaster that would be wrought on our livelihoods should their collapse be allowed. To be honest, no one quite understands why this is so, but we go along anyway, because at the end of the day, we trust these folks put in charge of our safety.

But things keep getting worse.

And this week, a whole new group of folks lined up claiming their own imminent demise. They too, they say, are too big to fail and point to middle-class workers on their assembly lines as if to say: "think of the children".

We do.

And in return we are to write these folks more time and money from the mouths of our children and grandchildren. These folks. The people who refused to modernize their products and help to support environmental standards and healthcare reform. These folks whose bad decisions put us in this pathetic situation in the first place.

When does the madness end?

The price tag of the surgery necessary to repair this economy on life support continues to skyrocket and, indeed, it may go to yet unforeseen heights of absurdity. But if, at the end of the day, the concern rests with those who actually deserve it: the middle-class and lower-class families employed by these barbarous and disastrous companies, why are they not the thrust of any bailout package? Why do we continue to support, prop up and fund executives from A.I.G. who continue to use taxpayer money on luxury spas and hotels? Why do we keep writing checks to the people who brought us to the precipice in the first place?

I believe in the free market when properly regulated. I believe that in order to spur ingenuity and creativity, individuals need to be liberated to pursue their own interests. Google could've come from no other place, nor could the iPhone. But if Google makes a crappy search engine, Google needs to shut down in order that someone who can make a better one is allowed to succeed. That's how it works.

As usual, those who will suffer the worst from all this turmoil are the American workers, and as usual they've been left out of the equation. Instead, we have money funnelled to the people least harmed by their destructive and stupid decisions while the weight of all this broken stuff bears down on the rest of us.

That funny feeling is the crushing burden of carrying fatcats on my shoulders.

So sad my children shall also know the sensation.

Letter to CP24

First of all I would like to thank Oberon for the invitation to join this blog, and I would like to begin with a letter I sent to(and had sent back by) CP24 in Toronto, Canada.
I would also like to point out that these are my views and should not be reflected upon anyone else...lest they choose to share them.

Nov. 10th
RE: Report on CP24's Legal Briefs (Tasers)
ATTN: To ALL Whom This Concerns
Blessings & Warnings
Unbeknown to you, you have already been blessed by my lack of a phone or an internet connection, lest you receive the full brunt of my fury and disgust. As it stands, you are only getting the calmed version that comes from sitting in front of a keyboard. I realize you will never report this, so you might note that is not why I AM, taking the time to write it.
Regarding tonights report on tasers, which i only consider, yet another example of; "Making the NEWS" instead of "Reporting the TRUTH".
Important FACTS,(Just a few) the media keep omitting in ALL of your reports on this, and other related issues:
"Murder" is not defined by the weapon used, but by Actions resulting in DEATH...Premeditated or not...in TRUTH, 4 heavily armed and armoured, RCMP Officers attacked and murdered an unarmed Polish man, (who shall remain nameless in honour of ALL who have been murdered at the hands of police and kept in silence), who had already surrendered at Vancouver Airport.
Both, "Accessory After the FACT" and "Conspiracy to Commit Murder, After the FACT", refer to EVERONE who willfully participates in the coverup of that crime. This would include; every single cop who witnessed the crime and didn't make the arrest...every single prosecutor and government official who likewise, refused to issue arrests and prosecute these crimes...every single reporter who called it a "Death", instead of reporting his "MURDER", who says; "he died", instead of saying; "He was killed by police and this crime was covered up by every single law enforcement official, right up to Prime Minister Harper himself, who has refused to take action and instead stands behind the murderers."
This is the same side of the line Bush and his Supportors are standing on. This is where Governments all around the world stand...This is where religion and society itself stands and is the very foundation on which it has built itself.
It might be important to point out at this time however, that it is also the "opposite side of the line" from where CHRIST stood.
At least in CHRIST's time, people were smart enough to at least recognize a line had been drawn in the sand, even if they weren't wise enough to not cross it.
You use words that have no meaning and report lies as TRUTH with an arrogence and stupidity that fails to recognize the winds of change are already blowing.
You speak in a manner that suggests the unrighteous and dishonest shall always have power, that they are greater than GOD, and you need not worry about darkening your soul with their lies by repeating them...There are those of us in this world who do not appreciate having folks piss down our backs and tell us it's raining.
IMPORTANT SIDETRACK: I've also noticed now that November is here, the media is again stacking the numbers in favour of your war propoganda. For instance, I often hear about the number of Canadians killed in Battle on foreign lands, fighting for freedom during this great war, or that great war...But not about the number of veterens who have died on the streets of their own country from poverty and neglect, by the delayed and refused aid of the very government and people they fought for.
i've heard about the numbers who have given their lives in glory...But not about how many have had their lives stolen and are now homeless from a lack of affordable housing, or how many are constantly being "Moved Along" by police and literally "Marched to their Deaths", EVERY SINGLE DAY.
I humbly recommend you take a closer look to SEE which side of the line you are really on, lest you be in for a HUGE SHOCK in the NOW HERE future.
IMPORTANT SIDENOTE: (I AM, the "Sign of Jonah", and there are only four years left in this birthing cycle and then, dead or alive, I shall finish fullfilling the final prophecies for the "END of DAY's" and bring about the final cleansing and restoration of JUSTICE and CHRIST to the Earth.)
While i recognize that just because i say this, doesn't mean it's true...i hope you also realize that just because you don't believe it, doesn't mean it's not. Remember; "i don't think i know...i just know i'm thinking."
This will be THE END of my Blessings and Warnings for now.

The Great Teacher

The Art of Peace begins with you.......it is medicine for a sick world.......foster peace in your own life.......then apply the Art to all that you encounter.......Morihei Ueshiba.

Trailer Trash

The house sat like an industrial wart in the middle of an estate.
Tyre empties huddled rats in the cold comfort they were accustomed.

Beside the sink they kept a plastic bin to collect used tea bags.
Scratchy little ticks ran up and down stubby knees.

The children’s names were mumbles, insignificant little shits
Who gathered around in clumps near the park and the street.

You could get a camel through the fathers intellect.
Beer heavy belly with an encyclopaedic knowledge of soaps.
He lounged in a desperate chair that had died and been re-stuffed.
Whilst his lady wife, a loose term for a careworn child bearer,
Lulled her dried elbows in a water lacking suds.

The curtains hung like suspicion in cobwebbed threads.
Dead flies gathered in a testament to unnecessary house work.

Milk bottles fell where the hen pecked child had spent them.
On dirty floors and under crusty seats and beside the cracked door.

A fug of cigarette smoke suspended like death above their knees.
Outside a rancid rodent of a dog ran barking bitter obscenities.

The wind trembled before blowing past the corroded window frames.
A car sat blind eyed and belligerent in a craze of beer crates.

You could gather starlight in the sordid stains that fled the floor.
Forgotten mail ran riot around the broken post box.
Forgotten meals grew green on pitted porcelain plates.

The threat of random violence collected in dusty adjectives.
Expletive high and pointless with a raised ham fist to frighten.

Sundays travelled like Mondays in a redundant haze.
A growing feeling of age old apathy hung brooding and black.

The distant voices of people didn’t intrude beyond the fence.
Television had killed without malicious intent the need for speech.
Just grunts and nods that escaped dry lips and thin heads.
Life began at somewhere where the money went but not here.

An Acid Attack

I'm with Hitchens and Dawkins.

And if you're not yet, you ought to read this story about two young Afghan girls attacked with water pistols filled with acid by Taliban militants.

The reason?

They were on their way to school.

Do we really need more evidence of the corrupting and violent nature of religion than the blindness of innocent schoolgirls? Intelligent human beings are capable of codifying morality without the obscure absurdism of magic books and invisible creatures that historically tends towards oppression and warfare.

I'm perfectly aware that many will say these are just the "bad" religious people, but I'm quite capable of locating the "good" ones as well, most of them are my neighbors who voted to support Proposition 8 here last week...
